I'm actually thinking about some things in the TLK II. in fact, I do not particularly like it but...canon
what if romantic time Kovu and Kiara passed and love gone?  princess fell in love with the first comer lion haha. it's tempting to think about her superficiality. and indeed, I think it is a bit silly. how she can be a queen if she is so foolish? although all can be attributed to her young age and impressionability. however, at times it can be seen glimpses. She did not run away when Kovu asked her to leave pridelands with him. and eventually they stopped the war but...With regards to age. yes I am inclined to believe that Kiara became pregnant at an early age. much earlier than Nala... and I think that she is not ready for this.
